The following instructions establish the general conditions of sale which regulate the contract between the Fattibene seller (hereinafter referred to as "fattibene") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer or Consumer") which deals with the long-distance seller, in the Italian territory, of the products offered, through the website of e-commerce fattibene.it (hereinafter "the Site").

VAT number: 03245950716, telephone number 088 196 13 44 The general conditions of sale that apply to the contractual relationship between Fattibene and the client are those published on the site at the time of the order.
The order implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
The Parties agree that the contract shall be governed by Italian law.
The Customer can ask for information, send communications contacting the Fattibene customer service, email address info@fattibene.it or the postal address Fattibene - Contrada Padula, Strada Provinciale 122 - 71023 - Bovino (FG) Puglia – Italy. The sale process through the Website has been carried out in full compliance with the law on distance selling, electronic commerce, and in particular in compliance with the Italian Consumer Code D.Lgs n. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions.
The use of the distance selling process described in these general conditions of sale is reserved to consumers (hereinafter "the Customer" or "the Consumers") who act on their behalf and are resident in Italy.
Resellers or wholesalers or any person who intends to purchase the products available on the Website for subsequent resale may not make purchases on the Website. The purchase order through the Site implies knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

In the case of long-term offers, the consumer has to pay attention to the date of the offer.
The acceptance and the confirmation of the order are effected through the insertion of data in the successive phases:
1. Addition of the products selected in the cart

In case of payment by credit card, the Customer’s final acceptance is made by entering his bank details (n° of credit card and expiry date).
In case of payment through Paypal, the Customer’s final acceptance is made by entering the required data on the Paypal website.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the Customer’s final acceptance is made with the payment and subsequent credit, at the current account indicated at the time of the order confirmation, of the established amount.

1. Rate
The online sale price of the products on the Site, indicated in euro, is that in force at the time of the registration of the order by the Customer.
Prices include the current VAT rate at the time of ordering.
The selling prices of the products applied to the contractual relationship with the Customer will be those in force and published on the Site at the time of the registration of the order by the Customer.
2. Product’s characteristics In accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code, the company provides consumers with information about the Products and, on the Website, it makes consumers aware of all the main features of the Products offered (size, composition, description, etc.) and price, including taxes.
The characteristics of the Products will be visible through digital or photostatic reproduction published on the Website illustrating the offer as faithfully as possible. The image is not part of the contractual relationship between the parties. Handmade (handmade) processing makes the product unique and exclusive; moreover, it can be modified due to the reproduction of the image, therefore the Consumer acknowledges that the photograph of the Product on the Site has an indicative value. All information is given through the Site in accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code.
The order made by the Customer implies the acceptance of all the provisions of these general conditions of sale (choose the modalities: telematics with ticking of appropriate boxes or by sending back by fax or e-mail of the general conditions appropriately subscribed, as suggested at the end of this text). Any order made by the customer through online payment will be taken into account by fattibene only after acceptance of payment.
Fattibene will send to the Customer an e-mail confirming the order that will include all the details of the order and the information required by law: a summary of the General Conditions of Sale, pre-contractual information concerning the essential characteristics of the purchased goods, details of the price, the means of used payment, the chosen payment instrument, delivery costs, delivery terms, as well as information and instructions on the right of contract termination and related costs, and legal guarantees.
The sale will be considered final after sending the customer this confirmation, the availability of the product and the payment of the relevant price by the customer. The contractual reference date (for the purposes of guarantee, annulment, and so on) will be that of the sending of the confirmation and acceptance of the order. To change the order, the Customer can click on the "Your Cart" icon at the top right of the screen. Change is always possible until the payment.
The Customer can cancel the order through his right of annulment according to the modalities defined in the annulment section; the request for cancellation of the order can be taken into account by sending an e-mail to the address info@fattibene.it (better to use certified mail, or write: by sending by registered letter a.r. to the registered office indicated above) The order, once confirmed, CAN NOT BE CHANGED ON LINE nor with regard to the articles, nor as regards the delivery address, except in any case the right of annulment for the Customer.
The order which, after various delivery attempts by the delivery carrier, returns back to the sender, cannot be returned. If the order has been paid, it is refunded net of a penalty equal to the expenses incurred for the shipment (minimum € 50,00) and of the material used and not sold, quantified flat rate in 20% of the amount of the order.
If the Customer wishes to change the delivery date of the package, he must contact the courier directly at the time the package is delivered. The Customer shall keep the information contained in the order confirmation sent by fattibene on a paper or computer document.
Fattibene sells the products on its website only to retailers and final consumers. Any order which does not clearly correspond to a retail sale and, more generally, any fraudulent order or order which is alleged to be fraudulent, will in fact be considered null and void and prosecuted in the appropriate courts.

The order confirmation will show the conditions, terms and modalities of the right of withdrawal completed with the retraction form. To access your order form, the Customer must access "Your Account" "Order Status". The summary of the instructions regarding access to the order form will in any case be present on each e-mail of confirmation of the order.
In the case of an invoice request, the Customer must request it at the same time as the order, sending an e-mail to: info@fattibene.it.
In the event of a dispute arising from this contractual report, the Parties undertake to seek a common-sense solution before any legal proceedings.
The Parties agree that all disputes relating to sale via the website as described above will be dealt with by the BARI Forum (Justice of peace in Gravina in Puglia , in case of suppression, the deputy authority, Tribunale di Bari, Corte d'Appello di Bari). The applicable law is Italian law.
To the extent not specified, reference is made to the regulations on consumption, in force at the time of the order.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO SEND A COPY OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AND TO REQUEST THEIR RESTITUTION WITH SIGNATION TO EACH PARAGRAPH FOR READING, KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE, OR SIGN AT THE END, BUT WITH REFERRAL OF THE WRONG TERMS (indicate all paragraphs, appropriately numbered and summarised as follows: e.g. order, annulment, and so on).
